In my work, I usually start from photos I have taken in nature, work up composition sketches digitally, and execute the idea utilizing various mediums to create abstract fantasy environments enlivened with layers of glazing, inscribing, and attentive details. Playful themes of colorfully intertwined roots & branches or rowdy ocean waves often dance on my canvases. I experiment with contrasting an almost machine-like stained glass structure with lyrical feminine curves. Intricate lines, doses of symmetry, and peeks of light embody my expressions. Subject moods vary from quiet & contemplative to bold & exuberant.
I am not recreating a specific landscape, instead I touch on the wanderlust that visits to nature imprint on us. My settings often depict nature's movement (or stillness) captured in a precious moment. I invite the observer to let their mind daydream and slip into these magical settings - seeing different things upon different viewings.

In the span of 16 months the Gallery held 11 shows hosting 17 different emerging and mid-career artists. The entire schedule for 2025 was developed, but the space closed after the LA Wildfires of January 2025.
I currently host the online forum ArtQueLA - a platform dedicated to promoting, sharing, and collaborating on art specifically highlighting talent within the Los Angeles area.
The community is a space for discussion, art history, and supporting creatives.
